Who
we are.
Dr. Randy J. Siebold is an Associate Professor of Leadership in the School of Leadership at Andrews University. He also serves as co-director of the Global Leadership Institute (GLI) and director of the Doctor of Leadership program, where he helps design programs that train leaders for organizations and the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist church.
Some of his contributions include:
Designing leadership development programs for church and organizational leaders worldwide
Research and publications on leadership, innovation, and faith-based leadership frameworks
Development of the LeadLab leadership training model used by the Global Leadership Institute
His work often emphasizes helping leaders align purpose, strategy, and teamwork so organizations can grow and multiply their impact.
His teaching and research center on topics such as:
leadership theory and leadership development
educational leadership
innovation and strategic thinking
learning design and organizational growth
Through the Global Leadership Institute, he works with international church and institutional leaders to develop leadership skills and strategic thinking for mission-focused organizations.

Earlier in his career he also taught at Andrews University from 1991–2005, working in instructional technology and curriculum development
