Dr. Randy J. Siebold is an Associate Professor of Leadership in the School of Leadership at Andrews University. He also serves as co-director of the Global Leadership Institute (GLI) and director of the Doctor of Leadership program, where he helps design programs that train leaders for organizations and the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist church.

Some of his contributions include:

• Designing leadership development programs for church and organizational leaders worldwide

• Research and publications on leadership, innovation, and faith-based leadership frameworks

• Development of the LeadLab leadership training model used by the Global Leadership Institute
